Rules of Conduct
- R.E.S.P.E.C.T: For those of you have not heard the song before please go to youtube and listen to it. Did you listen to the music because we will ask you to mention in chat on entry to sing just a few lines (R.E.S.P.E.C.T find out what it means to me). This is a simple enough concept for most of us to understand as most people are taught about this in kindergarten, but their are a few who fail to recognize as simple a rule as this is. A simple little song but it appears that some people don’t recognize that showing even an ounce of it will go a long way. The staff here aren’t all weathered souls but they are the authority here that will maintain the peace and accept your applications. So, respect us if you want to have future characters. For now there is not a warning system as I hope that it will not be necessary, but if issues do arise then I will implement one.
- Harassment: In any way, shape or form are not tolerated here on Sword Art Online Revisited. This can be as simple as repeatedly bugging a member to post to the point that you are driving them up the wall, to verbally abusing them with intolerable words. If you are a victim of abuse please report any and all acts via a PM to a staff member. If it is an administrator or moderator that is abusing you then report them to Azirel as I'm a pretty understanding guy who is willing to put up with practically anything personally as I don't care what people think of me. If you want to harass or make fun of someone feel free to message me with such material as much as you want as I will either take it under consideration or report it as spam and ignore it. An admin will personally speak to said person and discuss the terms of staying on the site as we don’t want to force people away but if you can’t behave then you will be banned from our community. Also if you are jokingly doing this please label it with a 'JK' to note that you are 'just kidding'.
- Plagiarism: If you steal information, templates, photos, or posts. The mere action of ripping off another authors work is an offense that we the staff at Sword Art Online Revisited strongly shun from this forum. Those members that are caught stealing such works that are bought to us by the actual authors of the work will be messaged by an Administrator on the forum ASAP. While this is online it is quite easy to figure out when someone has copied such information as all we have to do is type it into google and search. If you are the actual author of the work you must give proof of ownership otherwise we insist that you create or redesign whatever it is you have plagiarized. Afterwards you will be asked to delete information within a 24 hour time frame otherwise the staff will do so. The first time will result in a warning any previous acts can be punishable by weakly/monthly/permanent banning form the site.
- Fun: Here own Sword Art Online Revisited we are all pleasure seekers through the means of Forum Rp. With that said their are limitations to what you will be allowed to write on this forum. PG 13 material is acceptable. We are not allowing pornographic like material or extremely gory material as this is a free forum rp which has limitations. Feel free to do whatever you want on other chat channels like Skype, Aim, etc.
- Image Rules: This is relatively simple but we once again are not allowing pornographic images on this forum or gory scenes. If you have a question of what is allowed then you came to the right place. Bathing suit shots are allowed as they cover the important information as well as the minor plumber's crack that Sinon exhibits in the forum background (please no more than that). Anything else will not be acceptable if they don't have some form of apparel covering it. Yes, their are pictures of people covering up the naughty bits with an appendage but those will not be allowed.
- Sigs & Profile Pics: Don't go overboard please we do not have specific dimension on these as I know how annoying it is to resize them but make them reasonable otherwise staff will ask you to change or get rid of them.
